Genes size term in volume evaluation. This figure represent the term Vo l g (ℬ)= − ln ( | I | ) ln ( | I | ) + w g in equation 8, for different values of w g . For smaller values of w g , V o l g decreases slower from a smaller value of the number of genes than for greater values of w g , implying that greater values of w g should be selected in order to favour major number of genes.
